Mont Blanc

Book

Are you dreaming of a holiday in the mountains? This is exactly what you need for your getaway!

The Mont Blanc chain, with its 4,807 metres, will be the setting of all your adventures. You will be able to walk through the charming valleys surrounding the area, the wild and unspoilt Val Veny or the panoramic Val Ferret, or climb up to Punta Helbronner (3,466 m) with the ‘Skyway Monte Bianco‘ cable car, a masterpiece of Italian engineering. From the peak, in summer, you can continue by cableway to the Aiguille du Midi and descend to Chamonix or, in winter, you can experience the thrill of an off-piste descent with a mountain guide and reach the town with your skis, after having gone through the legendary Vallée Blanche, or even climb to the top of a mountain for an adrenaline rush.

But a holiday in the Mont Blanc area does not only mean sport activities. You can reach the Little Saint Bernard pass to discover the history of its numerous archaeological finds, cross the border and descend to Bourg-Saint-Maurice, while in winter you can reach La Rosière with your skis from La Thuile, a renowned international ski resort, or relax in the warm waters of the Pré-Saint-Didier thermal baths.

If wine is your passion, then you can’t miss the Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle, the white wine par excellence of the Aosta Valley, and, in late autumn, the special harvest of overripe and frozen grapes for the ice wine ‘Chaudelune’, picked at the first frosts in December. In the fall, the visit to the Arpy Lake in Morgex is a must… you will be amazed by its unique colours!

The Mont Blanc is waiting for you!
